FSD Pharma Inc. has confirmed that as part of the previously announced distribution (bulletin 2023-1124), FSD Pharma Inc. will redesignate all of its issued and unissued Class B subordinate voting shares (SVSs), currently listed, and the unlisted Class A multiple voting shares (MVSs) as reorganization subordinate voting shares and reorganization multiple voting shares. The authorized share structure of FSD Pharma will then be reorganized and altered by changing the identifying name of the issued and unissued reorganization subordinate voting shares to Class B subordinate voting shares (to be listed) and the identifying name of the issued and unissued reorganization multiple voting shares to Class A multiple voting shares (not listed).

The new Class B subordinate voting shares will commence trading at the market open on Nov. 28, 2023.
