FSD PHARMA ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT

FSD Pharma Inc.'s board of directors has approved the settlement of an aggregate of $637,650 of amounts owing to arm's-length creditors through the issuance of 545,000 Class B subordinate voting shares in the capital of the corporation at the deemed price of $1.17 per Class B share.

The company also announced that its board of directors has approved a grant of 55,000 restricted share units (RSUs) to various consultants of the company pursuant to the company's equity incentive plan. Each RSU entitles the holder to acquire one Class B share of the company upon vesting
