CSE bulletin 2024-0813

FSD Pharma Inc. has changed its name and symbol to Quantum Biopharma Ltd. and QNTM, respectively, and consolidated its issued and outstanding Class B subordinate voting shares on the basis of one postconsolidated subordinate voting share for every 65 preconsolidated subordinate voting shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 1,194,852 subordinate voting shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis, and with a new name, symbol and Cusip number, on Aug. 15, 2024.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Aug. 14, 2024. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
