HAMILTON ETFS ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE FOR HUM

Effective today, the legal name of Hamilton U.S. Mid/Small-Cap Financials ETF has been changed to Hamilton U.S. Mid-Cap Financials ETF. Subject to the final approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange, the name change (as well as the Cusip number change noted in the attached table) is anticipated to be reflected on the TSX at the opening on or about April 2, 2024.

Coincident with the name change, the ETF (exchange-traded fund) will no longer be offered for sale in U.S. dollars. The U.S.-dollar units, which trade on the TSX under the symbol HUM.U, were not a separate class of units of the ETF but rather represented the U.S.-dollar value of the Canadian-dollar Class E units (which trade under the ticker symbol HUM) at the current day's Canadian-dollar/U.S.-dollar exchange rate. It is anticipated that HUM.U will be removed at the close on or about April 1, 2024.

The Class E units for the ETF continue to trade under the ticker HUM on the TSX, and the investment objective and strategy of the ETF, as outlined in the prospectus available on SEDAR+ or the Hamilton ETFs website, remain unchanged.
