IA FINANCIAL GROUP ANNOUNCES THE ISSUANCE OF A REDEMPTION NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF 3.072% SUBORDINATED DEBENTURES DUE SEPTEMBER 24, 2031

Further to the approval of the Autorite des marches financiers (Quebec), iA Financial Corp. Inc. has sent to all registered holders of its 3.072 per cent subordinated debentures due Sept. 24, 2031, a formal notice and instructions for the redemption of the debentures. The company will redeem the debentures as of Sept. 24, 2026, upon payment of a redemption amount of $1,015.36 for each $1,000 principal amount of debentures, being equal to par, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon to but excluding the date set for redemption in the amount of $15.36. The redemption price will be payable upon presentation and surrender of the Debentures called for redemption at Computershare Trust Company of Canada.
