The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Manulife Smart International Dividend ETF -- USD will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2026, for trading at the open on Sept. 29, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 250,000 U.S.-dollar units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol IDUV.U and with Cusip No. 56503U 10 7.
The TSX reports that the ETF is an exchange-traded mutual fund established under the laws of the Province of Ontario
pursuant to an amended and restated declaration of trust dated
Aug. 6, 2026. The ETF seeks to provide a steady flow of U.S.-dollar
income and long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily
in a diversified portfolio of international dividend-paying
securities. According to the TSX, the ETF expects to pay cash distributions on its common units, if any, on a quarterly basis.
The TSX reports that the ETF's manager and trustee is Manulife Investment Management Ltd., its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. As stated its prospectus dated Sept. 10, 2026, the ETF is issuing 250,000 units at $10 (U.S.) per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering before the open on Sept. 29, 2026. The designated market-maker is National Bank Financial Inc.
