INTEGRAL METALS UPSIZES PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO UP TO C$3M

Integral Metals Corp. has upsized its previously announced (please see news release dated Oct. 9, 2025) private placement offering from gross proceeds of $2-million to gross proceeds of up to $3-million, at a price of 80 cents per unit. Each unit will comprise one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to acquire one share at a price of 95 cents for a period of 24 months.

The company intends to use the net proceeds raised from the offering to finance exploration activities and for working capital and general corporate purposes, including investor relations activities.

All securities issued in the offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period. Closing of the offering is subject to the company's receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The offering is expected to close on or about Oct. 23, 2025.
