Effective at the opening on Monday, April 27, 2026, the common shares of Osiris One Metals Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Lithium Ion Energy Ltd. will be delisted. The company is classified as an non-metallic mineral mining and quarrying company.
