InsuraGuest Technologies, Inc. Announces Application for Management Cease Trade Order

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VANCOUVER, BC October 14, 2026 InsuraGuest Technologies Inc. (TSXV: ISGI) (OTCQB: ISGIF) ("InsuraGuest" or the "Company"), a leading Insurtech innovator, announces that it has made an application to the British Columbia and Alberta Securities Commissions to approve a temporary management cease trade order ("MCTO") under National Policy 12-203 Management Cease Trade Orders ("NP 12-203"), which will prohibit trading securities of the Company by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company until such time as required by the Required Filings (defined below) and all continuous disclosure requirements have been filed by the Company, and the MCTO has been lifted. During the period in which the MCTO is effective, the general public, who are not insiders of the Company, will continue to be able to trade in the Company's listed securities.

The Company made the application for the MCTO as it expects that it will be unable to file its audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, and the management's discussion and analysis and related Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer certificates for this period (collectively, the "Required Filings") before the October 31, 2026 filing deadline.

The Company and the auditor have noticed a delay in progress of the audit due to the Company requiring additional time to get information to the auditor for the financial year ended June 30, 2026. As such, the Company is concerned that the Annual Filings might not be filed on time.

The Company anticipates that it will be in a position to remedy the default by filing the Required Filings on or about November 13, 2026, but in any case, no later than December 31, 2026. The MCTO will be in effect until the Required Filings are filed.

During this MCTO, all management, officers and directors of the Company will be prohibited from trading in the Company's securities pursuant to the Company's black-out procedures.

The Company intends to satisfy the provision of the alternative information guidelines set out in sections 9 and 10 of NP-12-203 as long as the Required Filings are outstanding.

Forward-Looking Statements

The Information set forth in this news release contains forward-looking statements that are based on assumptions as of the date of this news release. These statements reflect management's current estimates, beliefs, intentions, and expectations. There is no assurance that this new business product offering, or other planned products, will be successful. The insurance industry is intensely competitive, and the Company's competitors have significantly more resources than the Company. Acceptance by potential customers is difficult to predict, particularly in the case of new products and disruptive technologies. If the Company fails to achieve market acceptance, this will significantly impact on its results and financial resources. Achieving market acceptance may require advertising budgets that exceed the Company's current resources and require the Company to seek additional debt or equity financing. There is no assurance that such financing will be available at reasonable prices or at all.

NEITHER THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE NOR ITS REGULATION SERVICES PROVIDER (AS THAT TERM IS DEFINED IN THE POLICIES OF THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE) ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ADEQUACY OR ACCURACY OF THIS RELEASE.
