INSPIRATION MINING ARRANGES $1,050,000 FINANCING

Inspiration Mining Corp. has arranged a non-brokered critical mineral flow-through private placement. The company intends to issue up to seven million flow-through shares at a price of 15 cents per FT share for aggregate gross proceeds of $1.05-million.

Each critical mineral FT share will qualify as a critical mineral flow-through share under the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Proceeds raised will be used to advance the Stockwork property located in British Columbia and the Rottenstone North gold property in Saskatchewan.

The gross proceeds from the FT shares will be utilized for incurring Canadian exploration expenses and flow-through critical mineral mining expenditures as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Shares issued pursuant to the financing will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period according to applicable securities laws of Canada.
