The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a membership and share exchange agreement dated May 23, 2024, between Indigo Exploration Inc. and an arm's-length party. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in a private limited liability Arizona company that holds the Hot claims, located in the Shirley basin of Wyoming. By way of consideration, the company will issue a total of 200,000 shares at a deemed price of 2.5 cents per share and $20,000 in cash.
