Izotropic Grants RSUs to Consultants

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, and CASABLANCA, Morocco, August 10, 2026, Izotropic Corporation (CSE: IZO) (OTCQB: IZOZF) (FSE: 1R3) ("Izotropic", or the "Company"), a medical device company commercializing IzoView, a dedicated breast CT imaging system for the more accurate screening and diagnosis of breast cancers, announces that, it has granted 750,000 Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") to various Consultants to support financing and overall business development initiatives, including the establishment of a global manufacturing facility in Morocco and assistance with regulatory approval processes and business launch plans across Africa, the GCC, India and Southeast Asia.
