The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing J4 Resources Inc.'s (now J4 Ventures Resources Corp.) qualifying transaction (QT), as principally described in the company's filing statement dated Nov. 28, 2025.

The QT includes the following matters, all of which have been accepted by the exchange.

Qualifying transaction -- completed/new symbol

Pursuant to an arm's-length mineral property purchase agreement dated Aug. 5, 2025, the company has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in the Arthur Lake property in British Columbia.

Pursuant to the agreement, the company issued 500,000 common shares and made a cash payment of $50,000. In addition, the company granted a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the property.
