Effective at the market open on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025, the common shares of J4 Ventures Resources Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of J4 Ventures Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining company.

Capitalization:  unlimited common shares with no par value, of which 19.64 million common shares are issued and outstanding

Escrow:  two million common shares are subject to CPC (capital pool company) escrow

Transfer agent:  Odyssey Trust Company

Trading symbol:  JJJJ (same symbol but with .P removed)

Cusip No.:  46660E 10 3 (new)

Resume trading

Effective at the market open on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025, the shares of the company will resume trading.
