JUSHI HOLDINGS INC. COMPLETES REDOMICILE FROM BRITISH COLUMBIA TO NEVADA

Jushi Holdings Inc. has completed its previously announced continuance from the Province of British Columbia, Canada, to the State of Nevada in the United States.

The redomicile was approved by the company's shareholders at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 24, 2026. Following receipt of the required court approval, the continuance became effective on July 30, 2026, upon the filing and effectiveness of the required documents with the Nevada Secretary of State.

Following the redomicile, the company's common stock continues to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol JUSH and continues to be quoted on the OTCQX under the ticker symbol JUSH.
