KEEL INFRASTRUCTURE SCHEDULES FIRST QUARTER 2026 CONFERENCE CALL ON MAY 11, 2026

Keel Infrastructure Corp. will release its first quarter (Q1) 2026 financial results on Monday, May 11, before the market opens. Management will host a conference call on the same day at 8 a.m. Eastern Time. Q1 2026 materials will be available before the call and can be accessed on the quarterly results section of the Keel investor site.
