KAIROS GOLD APPOINTS NICKY GRANT TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Kairos Gold Inc. has appointed Nicky Grant to its board of directors, effective immediately. Ms. Grant fills the vacancy created by the recent resignation of Steve Cochrane.

Ms. Grant brings more than 25 years of capital markets experience to the board. She is head of corporate advisory at Ocean Wall Ltd., a London-based, FCA-regulated merchant bank focused on natural resources, the nuclear fuel cycle and energy transition. At Ocean Wall, she advises listed and pre-IPO (initial public offering) companies on capital raising, investor relations and corporate communications across the United Kingdom, Europe and North America. She joined Ocean Wall as a consultant in 2019 and became head of corporate advisory in September, 2020.

Ms. Grant began her career at Goldman Sachs, first on the U.S. Institutional Desk and then in the special execution group within corporate finance, specializing in debt capital markets. She then joined UBS's transaction management team, working on global capital markets transactions with a focus on emerging markets. She later returned to Goldman Sachs in equity capital markets, covering U.K. companies as part of the U.K. IPO and corporate broking team.
