KERMODE ANNOUNCES UPDATE ON DELISTING FROM TSXV

Kermode Resources Ltd., further to the company's news release dated March 25, 2026, expects to complete its voluntary delisting from the TSX Venture Exchange on or around April 30, 2026. The TSX-V will issue a bulletin confirming the effective date of the delisting and the company will issue a further news release upon completion of the delisting.

The delisting was approved by the company's directors on March 25, 2026, following the approval of the majority of minority shareholders pursuant to a shareholders resolution passed at the company's special meeting of shareholders held on March 25, 2026.
