The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  8.8 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  April 20, 2025

New expiry date of warrants:  April 20, 2028

Exercise price of warrants:  40 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 17.6 million common shares with 8.8 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective May 2, 2023.
