Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 21, 2026) - Krait Critical Minerals Corp. (CSE: KRIT) (the "Company" or "Krait") is pleased to announce that the Company has received final approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") to list its common shares (the "Common Shares") on the CSE (the "Listing").

Trading of the Common Shares is expected to commence at market open on Monday, August 24, 2026, under the symbol "KRIT". The Company has filed a final long-form prospectus dated August 13, 2026, with the applicable securities' regulatory authorities.
