The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the amendment of the arm's-length acquisition of an additional 29-per-cent interest in Koryx Copper Zambia Ltd. (which holds two large-scale mineral licences in the Zambian copper belt).

Consideration:  $200,000 cash and 80,000 common shares
