Klondike Silver Corp. has provided this correction to its previous press release

The company announced its intention to consolidate its share capital on a 1:10 basis. The preconsolidation and postconsolidation numbers announced were incorrect. The company wishes to clarify that a 1:10 consolidation will result in a reduction from 268,882,107 outstanding common shares to approximately 26,888,201 outstanding common shares.
