KIRKSTONE METALS ANNOUNCES APPROVAL FOR LISTING ON THE CANADIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE, DELISTING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE AND NAME AND SYMBOL CHANGE
Kirkstone Metals Corp. has received approval
from the Canadian Securities Exchange to list its common shares on the CSE. In connection with the listing, the company intends to change its name to Radiant Uranium Corp. and its CSE ticker symbol will be RUC.
Additionally,
the company has applied to voluntarily delist the common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange, prior to completion of the listing. The Common Shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX-V at the close of market on or about Aug. 5,
2026.
Upon completion of the delisting on the TSX-V,
the company will list 41,216,666 common shares on the CSE. Such common shares are expected to begin trading at market open
on or about Aug. 6, 2026, under Cusip
No. 75026P106 and ISIN (international securities identification number) CA75026P1062.
