KINTAVAR EXPLORATION CHANGES NAME TO AURIGINAL MINING CORP.

Kintavar Exploration Inc. will change its name to Auriginal Mining Corp. and will continue from the Province of Quebec to the Province of British Columbia on Dec. 3, 2025.

Highlights:

• Kintavar will change its name to Auriginal Mining effective Dec. 3, 2025;
• Auriginal Mining's symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange will be AUME.

These items were approved pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders of the company at the annual general and special meeting held Oct. 28, 2025. A copy of the new articles of the company will be available on the corporation's SEDAR+ profile.

A new Cusip number of 05157N109 (ISIN: CA05157N1096), replaces the old Cusip number.

Commencing at the opening of trading on Dec. 3, 2025, the common shares of the company are expected to trade under the symbol AUME.
