KINGSVIEW MINERALS ANNOUNCES UPCOMING PROPERTY ACQUISITION

Kingsview Minerals Ltd. will acquire a new property in southeastern New Brunswick. The transaction will be completed by the issuance of common shares of the company. The purchase price will be 550,000 common shares priced at 50 cents per share for a total of $275,000. Further details, including the property's location and anticipated exploration plans, will be released on the closing of the transaction.
