The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a finder's fee payable to an arm's-length finder in connection with the company's acquisition of up to 70 per cent of Namli Exploration & Mining Pty. Ltd. (the Springbok project). The fee was paid upon closing of the acquisition, consisting of $200,000 (U.S.), payable in common shares of the company, being 155,702 common shares issued at a deemed price of $1.78 per share.
