LARAMIDE RESOURCES ANNOUNCES $5 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT WITH A STRATEGIC INVESTOR

Laramide Resources Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 8.35 million common shares in the capital of the company at a price of 60 cents per common share for gross proceeds $5.01-million with a strategic investor.

All securities issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from the date of issuance and the resale rules of applicable securities legislation. The company will use the gross proceeds of the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. The closing of the offering is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory and other approvals, including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
