Mr. Alberto Arias reports

LARGO TSX DELISTING REVIEW RESOLVED

Further to the previous disclosure in October, 2025, Largo Inc. has been notified that the continued listing committee of the Toronto Stock Exchange has decided to lift its remedial delisting review of Largo.
