The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the fifth amendment to the construction loan agreement dated Oct. 31, 2025, to the original construction loan agreement originally dated July 11, 2019, between the company and an arm's-length party. In consideration for the amendment to the loan, the company has issued to the lender an aggregate of 700,000 common share purchase warrants of the company. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the company at an exercise price of 46 cents per warrant share for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
