LITHIUM IONIC REPORTS AGM RESULTS

Lithium Ionic Corp. has released the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on July 26, 2024.

Over 56 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of the company were represented in person or by proxy and were voted at the meeting significantly in favour of all the matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the company's notice of meeting and management information circular dated June 13, 2024. At the meeting, Lithium Ionic shareholders approved the re-election of the eight director nominees, the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as auditor of the company, and the approval of the stock option plan and the restricted share unit/deferred share unit incentive plans.
