The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in a prospecting licence, situated in close proximity to its Central project, on the Kalahari copper belt, Botswana.

Consideration:  $500,000 cash and 991,666 common shares

The property is subject to a 1-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty in favour of the vendor. This NSR can be purchased and cancelled by payment of $1.5-million (U.S.).
