MICROBIX SCHEDULES RELEASE OF RESULTS FOR Q3 FISCAL 2026

Microbix Biosystems Inc. expects to file the financial statements, management disclosure and analysis, and results news release for its third quarter of fiscal 2026 ended June 30, 2026 (Q3 2026), prior to the start of trading on Aug. 13, 2026. At 10 a.m. ET that day, Microbix intends to hold a webinar discussion of Q3 2026 results with its CEO (chief executive officer), CFO (chief financial officer) and COO (chief operating officer).
