MCCOY GLOBAL ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

McCoy Global Inc. director John Walker has resigned, effective May 19, 2026, in order to attend to a personal matter. Mr. Walker has served as a director since 2020, contributing valuable insight and guidance to the corporation during his tenure.

John's more than 35 years of international business experience in the energy industry -- particularly in well construction and automated digital technologies -- has been highly valuable in McCoy's journey to transform the tubular running services industry," said Terry Freeman, chairman of McCoy's board of directors. "While we respect his decision to step away at this time to focus on personal matters, we are grateful for his contributions and retain a high regard for his continued association with McCoy."

Through its human resources and governance committee, McCoy's board of directors will consider its composition and evaluate alternatives with respect to the vacancy in due course.
