The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that MDA Space Ltd. will list an additional 23 million common shares at the open on July 14, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $35.60 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated July 9, 2026, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Aug. 7, 2025.
