The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Healthcare Special Opportunities Fund will be delisted at the close on Sept. 21, 2026, at the request of its manager, LDIC Inc. According to the TSX, the fund will be terminated and all outstanding Class A units ofo the fund will be redeemed on or about Oct. 6, 2026.
Following the delisting of the fund, the fund will transfer its private
investments to Healthcare Special Opportunities Sidecar LP in exchange for units of the limited partnership. As part of the
winding up of the fund on or about Oct. 6, 2026, the fund will
distribute its remaining available cash and the LP units to
unitholders on a pro rata basis.
As the Class A units trade in the book-entry system of CDS
Clearing and Depository Services Inc., unitholders need not take any
action in order to receive their pro rata portion of the termination
proceeds.
