MEREN TO RELEASE SECOND QUARTER 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2026

Meren Energy Inc. will publish its financial and operating results, along with the related management discussion and analysis for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, after Toronto market close on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026.

Senior management will hold a conference call to discuss the results on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, at 9 a.m. Eastern Time/2 p.m. British Summer Time/3 p.m. Central European Time.
