METALITE RESOURCES ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Metalite Resources Inc.'s board of directors has approved the grant of an aggregate of 1.63 million stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the company pursuant to the company's stock option plan.

Stock option grant

The options are exercisable at a price of 25 cents per common share for a period of five years, expiring on Sept. 24, 2031. Of the options granted, an aggregate of 1.2 million options were granted to directors and officers of the company. Of these, 1.05 million options vest immediately, with the remaining 150,000 options vesting in equal tranches of 50,000 options every six months over an 18-month period.

An aggregate of 430,000 options were granted to consultants of the company. Of these, 390,000 options vest immediately, with the remaining 40,000 options vesting six months from the date of grant.

The options and any common shares issued upon exercise thereof are subject to the terms of the company's stock option plan and applicable requirements of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Additional corporate disclosure

Further to the company's news release dated Aug. 19, 2026, regarding the engagement of Natrinova Capital Inc., the company is providing the following additional information in accordance with CSE Policy 7.

Natrinova was engaged to provide investor relations services from Aug. 3, 2026, to Oct. 9, 2026. The services are conducted by Natalya Natrinova on behalf of Natrinova through direct investor outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings and presentations, including road shows in Vancouver and Calgary. Natrinova has received $15,000 plus GST, and no securities, options or other equity compensation. Natrinova is an independent contractor, and, prior to the engagement, had no other relationship with the company or its management.
