MAPLE LEAF GREEN WORLD INC. ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR'S RESIGNATION

Terence Lam has resigned from Maple Leaf Green World Inc.'s board of directors, effective Oct. 13, 2025, for personal reasons.

The company and the board thank Mr. Lam for his service and valuable contributions and wish him well in his future endeavours.

Following Mr. Lam's resignation, the board of directors comprises: Raymond Lai (president, chief executive officer and chair), Herman Luo (chief financial officer and director), Winston Wentong Gao (director) and Thomas West (independent director). The company will evaluate board composition and committee memberships and make further announcements as appropriate.

There are no other changes to the company's officers or directors at this time.
