Maple Leaf Green World Inc. Announces Director's Resignation

CALGARY, ALBERTA Maple Leaf Green World Inc. ("Maple Leaf" or the "Company"), (CSE: Maple Leaf), (OTC Pink: Maple MFF announces that Mr. Terence Lam has resigned from the Board of Directors, effective October 13, 2025, for personal reasons.

The Company and the Board thank Mr. Lam for his service and valuable contributions and wish him well in his future endeavours.

Following Mr. Lam's resignation, the Board of Directors is comprised of: Raymond Lai (President, CEO & Chair), Herman Luo (CFO & Director), Winston Wentong Gao (Director), and Thomas West (Independent Director). The Company will evaluate Board composition and committee memberships and make further announcements as appropriate.

There are no other changes to the Company's officers or directors at this time.
