the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List)
dated March 6, 2026, pursuant to which an affiliate of
Crestpoint Real Estate Investments LP will acquire all of the outstanding units, other than units
held directly or indirectly by Minto Properties Inc. and its

on Aug. 6, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of the closing
conditions that by their nature are only capable of being

entitled to receive the consideration pursuant to the
transaction. The REIT expects the prorated distribution
to be paid concurrently with the payment of the
consideration under the transaction. To receive the consideration, unitholders must return the letter of transmittal together with unit certificates or direct registration advices to TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Toronto.
