(TSXV: MILE) (the "Company") announces that, further to its news release dated July 22, 2026, it has elected not to proceed with its previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 25,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.08 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000.

The Company has sufficient funds to conduct its currently planned exploration and development programs, but may look to revisit financing opportunities in the future.
