TWENTY MILE METALS INC. ANNOUNCES CANCELLATION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to Twenty Mile Metals Inc.'s news release dated July 22, 2026, it has elected not to proceed with its previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 25 million common shares at a price of eight cents per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2-million.

The company has sufficient funds to conduct its currently planned exploration and development programs, but may look to revisit financing opportunities in the future.
