The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to an arm's-length property option agreement between Mink Ventures Corp. and an arm's-length party, 2681891 Ontario Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, the company will have the option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in four-cell claim units comprising the Rankin Lake property, located in the Massey and Turnbull townships, Porcupine mining division, Ontario.

In order to exercise the option, the company must pay the optionor: (i) an aggregate of $175,000 in cash over a three-year period; and (ii) issue up to an aggregate of 1.75 million common shares over a three-year period. Further, on exercise of the option, the optionor will retain a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the property, of which a 1-per-cent NSR royalty (50 per cent) can be bought back by the company for $1-million.
