GLOBAL HEALTH CLINICS ANNOUNCES MCCORD AS CEO AND DIRECTOR

Global Health Clinics Ltd. has appointed Cassidy McCord as chief executive officer and director following Mr. Dhaliwal's resignation, effective today.

Ms. McCord is a business executive with experience spanning health care, medicinal cannabis, operations, marketing and corporate development. Since launching her consulting practice in 2018, she has worked with more than 50 organizations, from early stage start-ups to publicly traded companies with valuations exceeding $100-million.

Her background includes working with Global Health Clinics and multidisciplinary health care organizations, leading initiatives in business development, clinic operations, patient acquisition and strategic growth. Ms. McCord has also worked with publicly traded medicinal cannabis companies, providing her with a strong understanding of Canada's regulated cannabis industry, commercialization and patient-focused care.
