GLOBAL HEALTH CLINICS ANNOUNCES MCCORD AS CEO AND DIRECTOR

Vancouver, BC, June 29, 2026 Global Health Clinics Ltd. (CSE: MJRX / FRANKFURT: L002) ("Global Health" or the "Company") has appointed Cassidy McCord as CEO and Director following Mr. Dhaliwal's resignation effective today.

Cassidy McCord is a business executive with experience spanning healthcare, medicinal cannabis, operations, marketing, and corporate development. Since launching her consulting practice in 2018, she has worked with more than 50 organizations, from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies with valuations exceeding $100 million.

Her background includes working with Global Health Clinics and multidisciplinary healthcare organizations, leading initiatives in business development, clinic operations, patient acquisition, and strategic growth. Cassidy has also worked with publicly traded medicinal cannabis companies, providing her with a strong understanding of Canada's regulated cannabis industry, commercialization, and patient-focused care.
