The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Mackenzie Modus International Equity ETF will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2026, for trading at the open on Oct. 1, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 200,000 units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol MMEA, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 55455A 10 1.
The TSX reports that the ETF is an exchange-traded fund established as a trust
under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to
Schedule A to the amended and restated master
declaration of trust dated Sept. 8, 2026. According to the TSX, the ETF seeks to provide long-term capital growth by
investing primarily in equity securities issued by mid- and
large-capitalization companies in developed markets outside
of the United States and Canada. It expects to pay cash distributions on its units on an annual basis.
The ETF's manager and trustee is Mackenzie Financial Corp., its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is March 31. As stated in its prospectus dated Sept. 8, 2026, the ETF is issuing 200,000 units at $20 per unit in its initial public offering, expected to close on Sept. 29, 2026. The designated market-maker is BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
