("Mineral Mountain" or the "Company") (TSXV: MMV) (MNRLF: OTCQB) (M8M-FRANKFURT) announces that the Company intends to extend the exercise period of 5,330,600 outstanding share purchase warrants, all of which are exercisable at $0.40 per share (collectively, the "Warrants"). The new expiration dates of the Warrants will be March 31, 2023. The Company also intends to extend the exercise period of 1,333,340 outstanding share purchase warrants, all of which are exercisable at $0.30 per share (collectively, the "Warrants"). The new expiration dates of the Warrants will be March 31, 2023. The exercise price of the Warrants will remain unchanged. The Warrant extension is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
