MINILUXE ANNOUNCES EXPIRY OF ITS SUBSTANTIAL ISSUER BID
Miniluxe Holding Corp.'s previously announced substantial issuer bid for its Class A subordinate voting shares expired at 5 p.m. Toronto time on Sept. 24, 2026. The offer will not be extended, and no subordinate voting shares will be purchased by the company under the offer. All tendered subordinate voting shares will be returned to shareholders in accordance with the terms of the offer.
