The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  April 11, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  April 11, 2027

Exercise price of warrants:  11,474,284 warrants at 25 cents (unchanged); 1,138,287 warrants at 30 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 12,612,571 shares with 12,612,571 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 11, 2023. The exchange consented to the amendment to the price of the 11,474,284 warrants effective Feb. 10, 2025. Please refer to the company's news release dated March 23, 2026.
