MONUMENTAL MINERALS ACKNOWLEDGES THE GENERAL VOTE RESULTS ON THE CHILEAN CONSTITUTION

Monumental Minerals Corp. is acknowledging the Sept. 4, 2022, vote by the citizens of Chile, electing not to support a proposed new constitution.

On Sept. 4, 2022, citizens of Chile voted not to support the constitutional text proposed by the Constitutional Convention. Monumental Minerals will continue to engage and work with all stakeholders, including governmental and indigenous groups, in Chile. The company will also continue to work within the framework and parameters of Chilean law and strongly believes in fairness and equality when doing so.

"Chile's recent vote on a new constitution and the respectful and fair way it was undertaken demonstrates the country's deep democratic roots and a political system dedicated to fairness and transparency.
